These terms are an agreement between you and Kritiverse ("we", "us"), which runs Kritiverse at https://kritiverse.com/. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

Kritiverse turns a simple idea into a detailed prompt for AI image and video tools. Most generators work without an account. Some features need a free account or a paid plan.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account per person. Do not share paid accounts.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the Content Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law, or help anyone else break it;
• create content that breaks our Content Policy;
• copy, resell or scrape the site, its prompts or its option lists in bulk, or use bots to access it;
• try to get around plan limits, security or payment checks;
• upload images or videos you do not have the right to use.

4. Plans, subscriptions and auto-renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We email a receipt and invoice for every payment.
• You can cancel any time in Account, Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Free trials end on the date shown. A trial does not turn into a paid plan unless you subscribe.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices in Indian rupees include GST. We issue a tax invoice for every payment. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you at least 7 days before a change affects you.

6. AI output

Prompts and suggestions are created with the help of AI and fixed rules. They may be inaccurate, and results in other AI tools vary. Check the output before you rely on it. We do not guarantee any particular result from Midjourney, Veo, Kling or any other third-party tool, and their own terms apply when you use them.

7. Your content and ours

• Yours: ideas you type, images you upload and prompts you save belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.
• Ours: the site, its design, code, option catalogue, templates and brand belong to Kritiverse. You may use the prompts you create for any lawful purpose, including commercial work.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time in Account, Privacy and data. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled by the courts in India.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when. If a change is important, we will tell signed-in users by email or on the site.
