How to cancel a Kritiverse plan
- Open Account, then Billing.
- Tap Cancel, then confirm.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and the credits for that period stay in your balance until they expire. UPI AutoPay stops, so you are not charged again.
Every payment has a GST invoice under Billing. Read the refund policy for when a payment can be refunded.
