What to do when a generation seems stuck
Most images finish in seconds and most video clips in a few minutes. If a job seems stuck:
- Keep the page open for a minute. Long videos take longer.
- Check your connection, then refresh the page. Your job keeps running on our side.
- If it fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
