Cookie notice
Every cookie we use, what it is for, how long it lasts, and how to change your choice.
It is part of our privacy policy. Necessary cookies run the site. Analytics and ad cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and Cookie settings at the bottom of every page changes or withdraws your choice at any time.
What we collect with your consent
- Analytics: the pages you open, your clicks (which button, where on it), how far you scroll, mouse positions for some visits, your device and browser, your approximate city (we do not store your IP address), the link and campaign that brought you, a visitor ID, and your account ID when you are logged in.
- Never collected: what you type, your clipboard, file names, or anything inside the payment window. Typed text is always hidden in visit replays.
- Marketing: when you accept ad cookies, Google and Meta measure our ads. Payments, sign ups and first creations are sent from our server with your phone and email turned into a one way code (a hash) first.
- Before you choose: we count page views without a cookie, using a code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.

Who receives it
Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), only with your consent. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Mouse positions and visit replays 30 days, clicks and scroll 90 days, page visits and events 13 months, totals without anything personal 25 months. Your consent record is kept for at least one year.
Change or withdraw
Open Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or in Settings in the app. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting: we stop recording at once, clear our cookies, and delete your raw visit records within 7 days. Meta has no way for us to delete events it already received; Google gets a deletion request.
Your rights and complaints
You can see, export or delete your data and complain to our grievance officer. People under 18 get no visitor cookie, no visit replays and no ad measurement.
