Real Estate Studio
Real Estate Studio: AI tools for real estate photos, one property at a time
Add a property, upload every exposure from the shoot, and get one finished, listing ready picture per view.
The merge itself uses no AI. Any AI change is your choice, and the cost shows first.
More about this page
AI tools for real estate are useful only when the picture stays honest. Real Estate Studio on Kritiverse is built around that. Properties keeps each shoot in one place, and HDR Processing merges the bracketed shots of each view into one finished picture. AI is an extra you choose, never the merge itself.
In this section
Keep every job together: Properties
Properties is the home of this studio: your listing photos and details, one property at a time. Inside, the photos follow a photographer's own folders: Raw for every upload, Final for the finished pictures.
Merge the exposures: HDR Processing
HDR Processing reads a bulk upload, groups the photos by view and merges each view into one finished picture. Camera RAW, HEIC, TIFF, PNG, JPG and WebP all go in. If a group is wrong, move the photo to another set.
One look across the listing
Pick a house look, such as Kriti Bright and Airy, Kriti Natural, Kriti Crisp or Kriti Warm Luxury, and use it for the whole property so every view matches. A brokerage can save its own style. After the merge you still control light, colour, sky, crop and straightening, and the Issues tab lists problems such as blown highlights or leaning walls.
When you do want AI
AI polish is optional. It can clean up wires or bins, and it lays its change back only where it worked, so the building and fittings keep their own pixels. Added props or new decor are marked Virtually staged. Do not add or remove anything a buyer would rely on, and follow your local rules for listing photos.
Share the walk through
Share tour gives a private link to one property's finished photos, with the rooms named for you. The viewer needs no sign in, and you can turn the link off at any time.
Who these AI tools for real estate suit
Real estate photographers with several exposures per view, agents who shoot their own listings, and brokerages that want one look across every listing. See the brands and agencies page, the Academy and pricing.
Questions
What should I shoot?
The bracketed exposures of each view. More than one exposure per view gives the strongest result.
Do I need to sort the photos first?
No. They are grouped by view for you, and you can fix a group by hand.
Does AI redraw the property?
Not in the merge. AI polish is a separate choice, and each AI change is saved as a new version.
Can I change a picture after it is done?
Yes. You keep full control after the merge.
