- Sellers: start six to eight weeks ahead, for stock, photos and listings. Allow longer for Diwali.

Questions
Why can a festival date shift by a day?
Moon based dates depend on local sunrise or moon sighting. Check your local panchang, or the Eid announcement, before you schedule.
Should I post for every festival?
No. Pick the days your audience marks, and do those well.
Is the calendar the same in every state?
No. Plan for your region first. Pongal and Onam matter most in their home states.
How do I keep festival posts respectful?
Keep sacred images off discount banners, skip sale posts on solemn days, and ask someone who observes the day to read your post.
Next steps in the workflow
Plan your next festival now
Turn one festival into a week of posts, in Hindi or English.
