This page lists every official Kritiverse channel, so you can check a message, a profile or a payment request before you trust it. Fake giveaways, fake WhatsApp support and lookalike websites often use our name and logo. If a website, number, email or account is not on this page, treat it as fake.

WhatsApp

  • Support: +91 74033 38888, a WhatsApp Business account in the Kritiverse name.
  • Login codes arrive on WhatsApp or by SMS and always say "Do not share it".

Social accounts

Our social name is Kritiverse AI, and the handle is @kritiverseai everywhere.

What we will never do

  • Ask for your OTP, password or recovery codes.
  • Ask you to pay outside kritiverse.com, for example to a personal UPI ID or a bank account in a chat.
  • Ask for a fee or a code to claim a giveaway, a prize or free credits.
  • Ask you to install a screen sharing or remote control app to fix your account.

How to spot a fake

  • The handle is close to ours but not the same, with an extra dot, letter or number.
  • The message rushes you: "account will be blocked today".
  • The payment link does not open on kritiverse.com.

If you think you were targeted

  1. Stop. Do not pay, share a code or click more links.
  2. Take screenshots of the profile, messages and any payment request.
  3. Send them through the contact page and choose "Report a safety issue".
  4. If you lost money, call 1930 or report it at cybercrime.gov.in straight away.

Someone on Instagram says I won free credits. Is it real?

Check that the handle is exactly @kritiverseai. Our giveaways never ask for a fee, a code or your password. If they do, it is a scam.

I paid someone who said they were from Kritiverse. What do I do?

Call 1930 or report it at cybercrime.gov.in right away, then tell us through the contact page with screenshots.

Does Kritiverse call users on the phone?

Whatever the call, we will never ask for an OTP or a password.
