Tips for a photo that gets accepted
- Face the camera straight. Keep your head level and both ears roughly the same distance from the edges.
- Use soft daylight from a window in front of you, so there are no hard shadows on one side.
- Take off sunglasses and caps. Follow the office's rules on spectacles and head coverings.
- Keep a neutral face with your mouth closed, unless the rules say otherwise.
- Do not use beauty filters. An official photo must look like you on the day you show up.
What the tool does and does not change
It removes the background, puts a plain one behind you and crops to the size you pick. It is not a beauty tool: your face, skin tone and features should stay as they are, because an official photo has to match the real you. If your original photo is very dark, blurry or tilted, take a new one. A good starting photo matters more than any tool.
