Account, Plans and Credits

Plans

Compare the Free and Pro plans, see how to get Pro, and learn how to change or cancel your plan.

Kritiverse has two plans, Free and Pro. This page shows what each one opens, how to get Pro, and how to change or cancel it. For the current prices and credits, open the pricing page.

The two plans

Free needs no card. You get free credits when you sign up and verify your mobile number, and a refill each month. It opens the core tools: image, video, voice and chat. You pick from ready models and catalogues. Kriti Cut, the video editor, is open on both plans. Free is for personal use.

Pro gives you more credits every month and opens every studio and tool. You create your own models and catalogues, and you get all four image Quality levels: Quick, Standard, Refined and Ultra. Video comes in Kriti Motion, Kriti Talk and Kriti Cinema. Pro covers commercial use, client work too, and runs more creations at the same time.

The table called What each plan opens on the pricing page lists every tool, with Open or in Pro for each plan. It is read from live settings, so it is always right. A tool marked in Pro shows a lock on Free, with a button to upgrade.

If you bought an older plan such as Starter, Studio or Business, it now shows as Pro on your account.

Get Pro

  1. Open the pricing page. If you are logged in, Upgrade on Credits and plan opens it too.
  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly. Yearly is marked 2 months free: you pay the price of 10 months once for the year and still get your credits every month.
  3. Press Get Pro. If you are logged out, you log in first.
  4. On the checkout page, check your email. Open Add GSTIN for a tax invoice if you need a business invoice.
  5. Pick how to pay: UPI, Card, Net banking or Wallet. Enter a coupon if you have one and press Apply.
  6. Press the pay button, which shows the total. Your plan starts the moment the payment goes through, and the credits arrive within seconds.

The checkout page charges in Indian rupees, and prices include GST. The pricing page also has a rupee and dollar switch.

By default a plan renews itself with UPI AutoPay, and you get a notice 24 hours before each renewal. If you do not want auto debit, tick the box that reads Prefer no auto debit? Pay once for a month (or a year). Then nothing renews, and you pay again when you want more.

Week Pass

A Week Pass is a one time payment for a few days of Pro studios plus credits. It is made for a festival rush. Open it from Credits and plan and press Get it, or press Get Week Pass on the pricing page. If you already have Pro studios open, the page says "You already have Pro studios open."

Change your plan

Open Credits and plan and find the AutoPay box. Press Change plan, which opens the pricing page. Pick the new period and press Confirm change. The page tells you if the change starts today or when your current period ends. If it waits, you keep your plan until then.

If you chose to pay once, nothing renews on its own. Buy the next period when you are ready.

Cancel your plan

  1. Open Credits and plan.
  2. In the AutoPay box, press Cancel plan.
  3. Press Yes, cancel. Press Keep my plan if you change your mind.

You get the message "Cancelled. Your plan stays until the end of this period." You keep Pro until the date shown, nothing is charged after that, and your account then returns to Free. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. See the Refund policy for when a refund is possible, and Payment problems.

Tips

  • Check the Plan card on Credits and plan. It shows the renewal or end date.
  • Plan credits that are not used roll over for one month, so a late month is not wasted. The What rolls over card shows the exact dates.
  • A top up is a better fit if you only need a few more credits once. See Credits.

Common problems

"You already have a plan. Change it from Credits and plan." Open Credits and plan and use Change plan there.

"You are already on this plan." Pick the other period, or leave things as they are.

"You already have Pro studios open." You cannot buy a Week Pass while Pro studios are open.

A tool shows a lock. It is part of Pro. Press the upgrade button, or see the pricing page.

My plan still shows Free after I paid. The credits and plan can take a few seconds. See Payment problems.
