Properties
Keep every property you shoot in one place, with its photos, its tools and its finished listing pictures.
This page shows you how to use Properties. It is the home of your real estate work: one card for each house, flat or listing.
What it does
Properties lists every property you have added. Each one has a name, an address, a cover picture and a count of its photos and finished photos. Open a property to see the tools it holds and its finished pictures.
Today the tool inside a property is HDR Processing. More tools will be added here later, and a tile marked Soon shows what is coming.
When to use it
- You shoot or sell more than one property and want each one in its own place.
- You want to find an old listing and get back to its photos fast.
- You want to start a new listing before you upload a single photo.
To merge your bracketed shots into finished photos, go on to HDR Processing.
Step by step
- Open Properties from the menu.
- Press Add property.
- Type the Name, for example "723 Palm Drive", up to 160 letters. The Address (optional) can be a street and city.
- Press Add property again. You go straight into HDR Processing, ready for your photos.
- To come back later, open Properties and press the card of your property.

| Tour | Opens the walk through of your finished photos. It shows once there is at least one finished photo |
| Pencil icon, Property settings | Change the Name and Address (optional), or press Delete property |
| Tools | One tile for each tool: HDR Processing, which shows its photo and finished counts, and 3D Home with a Soon tag |
| Finished photos | Up to 8 of your newest finished pictures. Press one to open its studio |
Delete property asks you to confirm. It removes the property and its photos from this page. Finished photos stay in your Library.
Who can use it
Free plan: included. Pro plan: included.
You can add up to 500 properties. A property holds up to 400 photos, and each file can be up to 150 MB.
What it costs
The library is free. Adding a property and changing its name or address use no credits. Credits are used only by the tools inside a property, and they show their price first. See HDR Processing.
Tips
- Use the street number and street as the name. It is the quickest way to find it later.
- Add the address now. It shows under the name on the card and on the tour.
- Keep one property for each listing, so the tour and the zip hold only that house.
- Add a property before the shoot is edited. You can upload photos any time.
- If you leave the Name empty, the property is called Property and the next number. You can rename it in Property settings.
Common problems
"You have reached the most properties." You have 500 properties. Delete one you do not need. "Not found." The property is not in your account, or it was deleted. Open the library and look again. "Something went wrong. Please try again." Wait a moment and try again.
