Getting Started

Credits and plans

Understand what a credit is, where to see your balance, how the plans differ and what happens to credits when a job fails.

This page explains what credits are, where to see yours, and what happens to them when a job fails. Credits are what you spend to make things in Kritiverse.

What a credit is

Each job costs a set number of credits, and the cost shows on the button before you press it. The cost depends on what you make and the quality you pick.

What you makeCost
Image, Quick quality10 credits
Image, Standard or Refined quality25 credits
Image, Ultra quality90 credits
Video up to 8 seconds, Draft50 credits
Video up to 8 seconds, Kriti Motion110 credits
Video up to 8 seconds, Kriti Cinema350 credits

A longer video costs more. Prices can change, and a job that is already running keeps the price it started with.

Where you see your balance

  • Top bar: the number at the top of every app page. Press it to open Credits and plan.
  • Home page: the credits card, with Add credits.
  • Credits and plan: your Balance, your Plan, What rolls over and your Credit history.
  • My account: open Plan and billing for the same numbers, plus Credits used by tool and Payment history.

While a job runs, its credits are held. The Balance card shows how many are held for running jobs.

Plans at a high level

  • Free: no card needed. You get free credits after verifying your mobile number, plus a small refill each month. Some tools are limited on Free.
  • Pro: a paid plan with more credits and every Pro tool open.

You can also buy credits once with Add credits, with no auto debit. Credits closest to their end date are used first, and What rolls over shows the dates that apply to you. See pricing for current plans, credits and prices.

When a job fails

If nothing is made, the held credits come back on their own. You do not need to ask.

  • Failed job: the card says Nothing was made and shows the credits returned.
  • Blocked by content rules: no credits are used.
  • Batch with some failures: you pay only for the results that worked.
  • Stopped while waiting in line: press Stop and the credits come back.

A result that was made is final and charged, even if you do not like it. Regenerate runs the same job again and costs credits again. The button shows the charge first.

Common problems

The screen says how many credits you need. Press Get credits, or open Credits and plan and use Add credits.

My balance dropped while a job was running. Those credits are held for the job. If it fails, they return.

I do not see the credits from a failed job. A job that failed before it was charged leaves no line in Credit history, because the credits were only held. Check that your balance is back. If it is not, write to support with the time of the job.

I want my money back for a payment. Open the contact page and choose the Refund request topic.
