Post and follow on Feed

Post what you make, follow people, and keep the feed safe.

Feed is where people share what they make on Kritiverse. Everything here is your own choice: nothing goes public unless you post it.

What it does

  • At the top of Feed is Create post: your photo, a box that asks what is on your mind, and three buttons for Video, Photo and Reel. Press the box to write a post, or a button to pick a video or picture for it. It scrolls away with the posts. Reels opens from the bottom bar and from any video. On a computer the posts sit in three columns, and on a phone in one. Each card shows the person's name with the date in small letters under it, then the caption in one line above the picture. Tap the caption or more to read all of it, and tap it again or less to fold it. Under the picture is one row: like, comments, repost, share, the star, and at the end the name of the tool that made the post. People you follow come first on each page.
  • On a computer a card on the left shows you, with your posts, followers, following and bio, and, on a person's page, a small menu under it: Feed, Reels and Settings. Settings opens a small popup. Under that, Feed and every person's page list Explore, the people you follow, Popular tools, and small links to Knowledge, Terms and Help. The Feed page itself has no such menu: the bottom bar and your page lead there. On a phone, the top of Feed has the menu button on the left, then the Feed icon and name, and the bell on the right. The bell opens a small popup with your social news: likes, comments, replies, follows, tags, shares, reposts and new posts from people you follow. Opening it reads them, and See all opens every notification.
  • Your page is at kritiverse.com/@yourusername, with your name, photo, bio, links and posts. If you have no username yet, Profile asks you to choose one.
  • On Reels and Favourites on a person's page, tap a tile to open that person's own feed at that post. Newer posts are above it and older posts below.
  • A person's page starts with their card: a wide cover picture, their photo in a coloured ring over its edge, the name, the bio, a box with Posts, Followers and Following, and their link icons. At the top right of the cover are two round buttons: Settings, and Share under it to share the page. On someone else's page the first one is More, with Report and Block, and Follow sits under the card. On your own page, Create post sits above your tabs, and the tabs share the row. On a phone the back arrow and the menu button are at the top left of the cover; the menu opens Explore, Following, Popular tools and the small links.
  • Settings on your own card opens Profile settings: change your cover, your photo, name, username, bio and links, and find Blocked people and Account settings. Tap your photo on your page to change just that. A new photo or cover opens in a fixed frame, a circle for the photo and a wide frame for the cover: drag the picture to place it and use the slider to zoom, then press Save. Your phone makes it small before it is sent. With no cover of your own, your newest public picture shows there. Profile settings has a row each for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Binance, plus Website. Paste the address or type your username. Your page shows each link as its icon, and any address from those sites gets its icon on its own.
  • Double tap a picture or video to like it. Comments slide up from the bottom.
  • You can follow people, share posts, and press the star to add a post to your Favourites. Under a post, like, comments, repost and share sit on the left; the name of the tool that made it, then the star, end the row.
  • Favourites sits on your own page and only you can see it. It holds the posts you starred and the pictures and videos you starred while making them. Other people see only Posts and Reels on your page.
  • Reels shows every post that holds a video, one screen at a time, whatever kind of post it is and wherever the video sits in it. Swipe up for the next one and tap to pause. Reels play with sound; press the speaker to turn it off for this visit. If your browser holds the sound back until you touch the page, your first tap turns it on. When a video post also holds its raw pictures, such as the model, the dress and the jewellery behind a shoot, up to four of them show small in a row just above the name, only to look at. On Feed and a person's page the same raw pictures sit small and square over the post, centred near the bottom, also only to look at.
  • The next reels follow what you like. Each like, save, comment, share, repost, follow and ReCreate, each reel you watch to the end and each one you swipe past quickly, teaches Reels which tools, people and #tags you enjoy, and newer signals count more. One reel in five comes from something new, so you still find other kinds, and a reel you just saw does not come back soon. Without signing in, this is kept only in your own browser.
  • A link to a video post opens it in Reels: that reel plays first, and the next reels are below it as you swipe. A link to a picture or a text post opens the post itself.
  • Press Recreate on a reel to open the tool that made it, with the words and shape already filled.
  • On a computer, the left side of Feed also lists the people you follow and Explore, with each tool and how many public posts it has. Press a tool to see only its posts, and press it again to see everything. On a person's page, a tool in Explore opens Feed with only that tool's posts. On a phone, the menu button at the top of Feed, or on the cover of a person's page, opens the same list.
  • Tap a picture on Feed or a person's page to open it large in the same preview as your own pictures, with the post's likes, comments, share and details. Tap a video to open it in Reels, where it starts at once: a tall video fills the screen, any other sits in the middle.
  • On Feed and a person's page a video shows its cover first and starts after two seconds on the screen, without sound until you press the speaker. Scroll away and back and it waits again; tap it to start at once. Only one video plays at a time.
  • Every video starts on a small light copy of its first five seconds, so it begins straight away even on a slow network, then carries on in full quality from the same moment without a jump. Reels starts each video at once and gets the next one ready while you watch.
  • Press the three dots on a post and Download to save its picture or video. On a special before and after post whose main file is a video, the video downloads as it plays in Reels: its raw pictures sit small in a row near the bottom, and the sound stays. The first time, the menu shows a small loader while it is made, then the file downloads. If the post is edited or deleted, the made file goes with it.
  • Reels on a computer shows the newest reels as cards. Tap one to watch it full screen, then scroll for the next.
  • To change the words of your own post, press the three dots and Edit caption. The post keeps its time and place, and shows Edited.
  • In Reels the buttons sit at the bottom right. A video made with ReCreate shows a small red ReCreate button in the same column that opens ReCreate with that video ready as your reference. Any other video shows the name of the tool that made it, to open that tool. On Feed, the ReCreate name under such a video does the same. If you are not signed in, you sign in first and land in ReCreate with the video in place.
  • On a phone, the bar at the bottom is the same on every page: Home, Assets, Tools (all tools), Feed, and your profile last. Create post at the top of Feed makes a new post.
  • A person's page shows their posts and reposts as the same cards as Feed, with like, comments, repost, share and the star. Reels and Favourites stay as a grid.
  • Some posts from official accounts hold more than one picture or video. Swipe a carousel sideways, or use the arrows on a computer. Drag the line on a before and after post to compare, or use the arrow keys. On a special before and after post, tap a small picture to see it large, and tap it again to go back.
  • A prompt post shows a picture or video with its prompt. Press Copy Prompt to copy the exact words.
  • A collab post shows on the page of everyone in it, and once in Feed. Likes and comments are counted once.
  • Press Repost under someone's post to share it to your page. It shows in the Reposts tab there and to your followers. Press it again to take it back. You cannot repost your own post.
  • Press the comment icon to open comments under the post. One shows, Read more shows the rest, and the box to write is just below them.
  • Kritiverse accounts like @ugc and @productshots have a button on their page that opens their tool.

When to use it

Use it when you want people to see your work, or to learn from what others make.

Step by step

  1. At the top of Feed or your own page, press the Create post box and write your words. You can use #tags and @names. Press Video, Photo or Reel to start with a file instead. On a phone, the orange plus at the bottom does the same. You can also press Post on anything in your Library.
  2. Choose Public or Followers. Public is for everyone. Followers is only for you and the people who follow you.
  3. To post only text, press Post now.
  4. To add a picture or video, press Image or Video. Assets opens, where you pick a file or add a new one. Your words and your choice come with you.
  5. Choose whether your prompt shows, and whether comments are on.
  6. Tick the box to confirm that anyone shown is you or has agreed, and that nobody shown is under 18. For something made here, it also confirms you made it with AI. For your own upload, it confirms you made it or have the rights to post it.
  7. Press Post. A quick review may come first.

Good to know

  • Everything made on Kritiverse carries the AI label. Your own upload carries it only if you tick This was made with AI. A text post has no picture, so it has no label.
  • You can change your username once in 30 days.
  • New accounts follow the official Kritiverse pages to start with, such as Kritiverse, Mahi, ReCreate and Trending. You can unfollow any of them at any time, and they will not come back. Mahi and Models show AI models, not real people.
  • Recreate costs nothing until you press Generate in that tool. Some tools only open, because they start from your own photo, model or project.
  • If you turn your prompt off when you post, Recreate gives others the shape and settings, not your words. Your reference pictures are never shared.
  • You can post what you made on Kritiverse, or a picture or video of your own from Assets. Both go through the same review.
  • Post opens a big window with your picture or video on one side and your caption on the other. On a phone it fills the screen.
  • You must be 18 or over to post, comment or follow.
  • Public posts can appear on Google and other search engines, with your name and caption. Your page can appear too once it has a public post, with your name, photo, bio and links, and so can a #tag once three public posts use it. Followers posts do not, and a page with only Followers posts stays out. To take a public post out, delete it. It leaves Kritiverse at once, and search engines drop it after they next look at it.
  • A Followers post shows only to you and the people who follow you. If someone unfollows you or you block them, they stop seeing it at once. It stays out of Reels, hashtags and search, others cannot press Recreate on it, and its link opens only for your followers.
  • Your followers and following are private. Only you can see your own numbers and lists.
  • You cannot change a post between Public and Followers after posting. Delete it and post it again.
  • Press the three dots on your post and choose Remove from feed if you change your mind. It leaves the feed, your page and search at once, and likes, comments and your picture stay. Find it under Off the feed on your page, where only you can see it, and press Post again to bring it back. A post held by a moderator cannot come back this way.
  • To bring a removed post back with a new caption, press Post on the same picture or video in Assets. It posts as new.
  • You can delete a post at any time. Your picture stays in your Library.
  • Deleting the picture for good, or deleting your account, removes the post too.

Stay safe

  • Press the three dots on a post to report it, hide it or block the person.
  • A block works both ways: you will not see each other.
  • For a formal complaint, use the report form to reach the Grievance Officer.
