3D Home
Turn a floor plan or a photo of a house into a picture of its front elevation.
3D Home makes a picture of how the front of a house could look, from its floor plan or from a photo of the house. It sits inside a property, so each design stays with that property.
What it does
From a floor plan, it reads the front width, the proportions, and where the door, windows, balcony and parking sit, then designs a finished front. From a photo, it keeps the same building and redesigns only the face of it: the floors, the openings, the plot and the camera stay the same.
When to use it
- To see a house front before you speak to an architect.
- To compare styles for a new house or a renovation.
- To show a buyer what a plot or an old house could become.
Step by step
- Open a property from Properties, or add one, then press 3D Home.
- Under Start from, pick Floor plan or House photo.
- Choose your file. A photo, a scan or a PDF works. For a PDF, the tool reads the first page.
- Pick a Style and the Floors. Add anything else in your own words.
- Press the button, which shows the cost. The design takes about a minute, and you can leave the page.
- Under Your designs, drag the slider to compare, then press Download.
Every option explained

What it costs
Each design costs the credits shown on the button, the same as one AI change in HDR Processing. If a design fails, the credits go back.
Tips
- Use a clear plan with the front of the house at the foot of the page.
- For a house photo, stand in front of the house in daylight, with the whole house in frame.
- Try two or three styles on the same plan.
Common problems
"Not enough credits." The message says how many you need and how many are left.
"This is still being made." One design runs at a time for each property. Wait for it to finish.
The doors or windows are not where my plan has them. This is a concept picture, not a drawing. Try again with a clearer plan, or say where they go in your own words.
Can I build from this? No. It is a concept picture, and sizes are not to scale. An architect or engineer must check any design before building.
