Real Estate Studio

HDR Processing

Upload every exposure of each view and get one finished, listing ready photo per view, with full control after.

This page shows you how to turn bracketed real estate photos into finished listing pictures. You upload the exposures of each view, check how they are grouped, and create one photo per view.

What it does

HDR Processing merges the exposures of one view into a single photo that keeps the bright windows and the dark corners. The merge runs on our own server. You can upload normal photos or camera RAW files.

The property page has two tabs. Raw shows your uploads in sets, one set per view of the house. Final shows the finished photos. Each finished photo has its own studio, where you change the light, colour, sky and lines, fix issues, polish with AI, and download listing sizes.

Only what you ask for changes. The AI edits keep the house, its windows, fixtures and house number as they are.

When to use it

  • You shoot each view in 3 to 7 exposures and want one clean photo per view.
  • You want the whole listing to match in light and colour.
  • You want a tour link to share with a buyer.

For a single ordinary photo with no exposures to merge, use Direction Mode. To keep your properties together, use Properties.

Step by step

  1. Open HDR Processing from the menu. Press a property, or press Add property and type its Name and Address (optional).
  2. Press Add images, or drop the files on the page. Pick all the exposures of every view.
  3. Wait while the photos are read. The page says "Reading" and the number of photos. Then it groups them into sets, one per view.
  4. Check the sets in Raw. Drag a photo to another set to fix a mistake, or press Group again.
  5. Press Create and the number of finished photos. The price shows on the button.
  6. Open Final. Your photos show here as they finish. You can leave the page while they are made.
  7. Press Edit on a photo to open its studio, or press Download.

Change one finished photo

  1. Press Edit on a photo in Final.
  2. For a quick change, type it in the box under the photo, for example "brighter, warmer, straighten", and press Fix. Light, colour, sky and crop changes are free.
  3. For more control, use the Direct tab on the right.
  4. Press Apply. A new version is made and the old one is kept.

Download everything

Press the Download all menu on the property page and pick Full size, Listing, 2048 px long edge or Web 3:2, 1500 x 1000. A zip is made, and it downloads from the same menu when ready.

The tour

Tour opens a full screen walk through your finished photos. Walk through plays it, All views shows a grid, and the rooms bar jumps anywhere. If photos have no room name, Name the rooms reads them. Day to night for all makes the slider for the views that lack it. Share tour makes a private link. Copy link copies it, and the other button turns the link off. Anyone with the link can see the tour without signing in.

Who can use it

Free plan: included. Pro plan: included.

A property holds up to 400 photos, and each file can be up to 150 MB. Your plan's storage also counts.

What it costs

The merge costs 10 credits for each finished photo. The price shows on Create before you press it. Create makes only the sets that are not finished yet. A set marked "Changed, create again" is merged and charged again.

Everything on the sliders, the Look, the sky and the crop is free.

An AI edit costs 90 credits. Day to night makes three pictures, so it costs three times that. The price shows on the button of each card. If you type an AI change in the box under the photo, the page asks you to confirm the credits first.

If a merge or an AI edit fails, your credits come back. Every finished photo that works is final and paid.

Tips

  • Shoot every view in the same set of exposures, for example five frames from darkest to brightest.
  • Upload everything for a property in one go. The grouping is better when it sees all of them.
  • Pick one Look and press Use for the whole property, so every room matches.
  • Check Issues on each photo. Most fixes are one press and free.
  • Use Before and after to see what you changed.
  • Say what to remove, such as "the green bin by the garage". Only that part changes.
  • Make Day to night on the front photo first, to see it before you do the rest.

Common problems

"This file type is not a photo we can read." Use a JPG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, WebP or camera RAW file. "A file is too big (150 MB each at most)." Export a smaller file. "This set has no readable photos." Remove the broken files and add them again. "We could not read this file." The file may be damaged. Export it again. "These photos are too big to merge together. Try fewer exposures." Move some exposures out of the set. "The photo engine is starting. Try again in a few minutes." Wait and press Create again. "The photo engine is not reachable right now." Try again in a few minutes. "The merge did not work for this set. Your credits are back." Press Create again on that set. "This took too long and stopped. Your credits are back." Press Create again. "Create the finished photo first." Press Create in Raw before you change a photo. "Say what to change." Type your change in the box first. "The AI change was blocked by the safety check." Change your words. "The AI change did not work. Its credits are back." Try again with other words. "Nothing to fix here." The check found nothing to fix on this photo. "This is still being made. Try again in a moment." Wait for the photo to finish. "The zip could not be made. Please try again." Open Download all and pick the size again.
