Getting Started

Library and Kriti Cloud

Find everything you made in Library, download it, get back deleted items, and organise files in Kriti Cloud.

This page shows where your results are kept, how to download them, and how to get back something you deleted. Every result from every tool is saved to your Library by itself.

The Library

Press the Assets tile in the menu. It opens on Creations, your Library: Your creations lists everything you made, newest first. The other tabs hold your Uploads, Models, Products, Sheet, Prop Box, Backgrounds and Brand, in the same feed.

  • The search box looks through prompts, names, products and models.
  • All categories, All types, Any time and Any model or product narrow the list.
  • The heart shows your favourites. Clear filters resets the list.

Press a tile to open it. The three dots on a tile open a menu with Download, Copy prompt, Favourite, Share or make public, Delete and links to use it in other tools.

Every tab shows the same tile, and so does the Assets window that opens from an upload button in a tool:

  • A small label at the top left says what the item is: the tool that made it, or Image, Video, Audio, Logo, a prop's type, or the name of a product, model or sheet. File names are never written on the picture.
  • The eye shows a larger preview when you rest on it. On a phone, tap the eye.
  • The three dots sit at the bottom corner. A model has Open and Delete, a sheet has Open and Download.
  • A video plays without sound when you rest on it.
  • On Uploads, Prop Box and Backgrounds, press Select to tick many files, then use the bar at the bottom: Move to product, Move to model, Mark as, Favourite, Download or Delete.
  • In the Assets window a press on a tile selects it, with its number in the circle, and the eye in the bottom corner opens a large view.

Download your work

  • One item: open it and press Download.
  • Many items: press Select, tick the items, then press Download. On a phone, a long press on a tile starts selecting. The files download one by one.

Recently deleted

Delete moves an item to Recently deleted, and Undo appears for a few seconds.

  1. Press Recently deleted at the top of the Library.
  2. Each tile shows how many days are left. After that, it is deleted for good.
  3. Press a tile to select it, then press Restore to bring it back.

Delete for good cannot be undone. Items in the bin still use your storage until they are gone.

Kriti Cloud

Kriti Cloud shows the same files as a drive, with your own folders. It also holds documents and large videos. It is not a second copy. If you do not see it under All tools, it is not open on your account yet.

  • My Drive: your own folders and files.
  • Made in Kritiverse: your results, filled in by itself, by tool and month.
  • Recent and Favourites: quick lists.
  • Recently deleted: the same bin as the Library.

To add files, press New, then New folder, Upload files or Upload a folder. On a computer you can also drop files on the page. To keep a result in a folder, open it and press Save to Kriti Cloud.

Tick a file or folder to Download, Move, Rename or Delete it. A folder or many files download as one zip.

Storage

Your plan has a storage limit, and all your files count towards it. See it under My account, then Storage, where Clean up moves a whole section to Recently deleted. Kriti Cloud also shows it in the Storage box. Limits are on the pricing page.

Common problems

I cannot find a result. Press Clear filters, then check Recently deleted.

A file stayed after I deleted it. Items in use by a product or model are kept. The message says how many.

"Your storage is full." Your files are safe, and anything you generate is still kept. New uploads and saves are paused until you delete something or upgrade.

"This file type cannot be uploaded." Kriti Cloud takes common image, video, audio, PDF and text files.
