Content Calendar
Plan your posts and videos by date, keep your ideas, and open the right tool to make each post.
This page shows you how to plan posts by date, make each one in the right tool, and take a bigger video from an idea to a package that is ready to post.
Plan a post
Content Calendar opens on the Calendar: a month, the day you picked, and your ideas. Your video plans and festivals show on their dates. Planning is free. A tool charges for what it makes, as usual.
- Pick a day. Press Add post.
- Write what the post is about, check the date, and pick Post, Story, Reel or Short or YouTube video. Add a note if you like. Press Save.
- Under Make it with, press the tool you want. Each type offers the tools that fit it: Graphic Design, Post Writer, Thumbnail, Film Maker and Kriti Caption, if they are open on your plan. Graphic Design and Thumbnail start with your post's words in the prompt box.
- A slim line at the top reminds you which post you are making. When you finish, press Back to calendar.
- What you made shows on the post under Made for this post. Press the x to take something off the post. The file stays in Library.
- Press Mark as posted when it is out.
Write an idea in the Ideas box so you do not lose it. Press Plan it to turn it into a post on the day you picked. Press the pen on a post to change its date or words. If you delete a post by mistake, press Undo.
A tool collects for a post until you press Back to calendar, until you open the same tool for another post, or for 24 hours.
What it does
Content Calendar gives every video its own page. The page walks through eight steps, one tab each: Overview, Idea and script, Storyboard and script, Media, Edit, Thumbnail, SEO and Ready to publish. A dot on each tab shows whether the step is done.
The Dashboard shows how many videos sit at each stage, what to do next, which videos are due soon, and an Idea bank for ideas you do not want to lose. A video with a publish date shows under Publishing soon. It is a planner, not a posting tool: you post on the platform yourself, then record it here.
To design a single post, carousel or status, use Graphic Design.
When to use it
- You make YouTube videos, Shorts or Reels and want every step of each one in one place.
- You want ideas, titles, hooks and a script that fit together, in Hindi, English or Hinglish.
- You want a checklist that tells you what is missing before you post.
For a quick script on its own, use Script. For captions and hashtags without a video behind them, use Post Writer.
Step by step
Start a video and write the script
- Open Content Calendar. Press New video.
- Type a Title. It is only a working name. Pick an Aspect ratio: YouTube video (16:9), Shorts and Reels (9:16), Square post (1:1) or Feed video (4:5).
- Open More options to pick a Project, a Publish date and the Language. Press Create video.
- You land on Idea and script. Under What to write, pick Ideas, Titles, Hooks, Script or Ask. Press Generate. The button shows its cost first.
- Pick the idea and the hook you like. Press A, B or C beside a title to assign it to the video.
- Press Generate on Script. The script has a time, what we hear, what we see and a note for the editor on every row. Edit any cell, or press Shorter, Longer, Add a re-hook, More Hindi, More English, Simpler words or Funnier under Change it.
Package it and mark it published
- On Media, work through Needed from the script. Each line is a shot to shoot, generate, upload or take from stock. Mark it done when you have it.
- On Edit, press Start video editing. When the edit is exported, assign it as the final video.
- On Thumbnail, describe the picture, add 2 to 6 words of text, pick how many to make, and press Generate.
- On SEO, pick the platform and press Write SEO with AI. Nothing is used until you press an Assign button.
- Open Ready to publish. Fix every check marked Must have.
- Press Download kit to get one ZIP with everything named and sized for upload. Post on the platform.
- Back here, press Mark as published, paste the link, and write a guess of the views you expect in the first 7 days.

| Ready to publish | One block for each version you will post. Add a Short or Reel adds a 9:16 version; a teaser and a square clip are in the same list |
Ready check levels
Each check is a Must have, Recommended or Optional. You can press Mark as published only when every Must have passes. Press Fix on a check to jump to the tab that solves it.
After you publish
Mark as published sets reminders for 48 hours and 7 days. At 48 hours, check the click rate, the first 30 seconds and the traffic sources. At 7 days, compare with your guess. Add a comment question to the Idea bank turns a question from your comments into a new idea.

What it costs
Opening the tool, planning, editing and assigning cost nothing. Each AI action shows its cost on the button before you press it:
- Ideas: 2 credits
- Titles and thumbnail ideas: 2 credits
- Hooks: 2 credits. The first 5 sets of hooks each day are free.
- Script up to 90 seconds: 3 credits
- Script up to 5 minutes: 10 credits
- Script over 5 minutes: 15 credits
- SEO for one platform and language: 2 credits
- Each thumbnail or image: 25 credits
- A video made on the Media tab: the button shows the cost.
Changing a script with Change it or Rewrite this line, and checking the hook against Title A, are free. If the writer fails, you are not charged. A script that comes back empty is not saved and not charged.
Tips
- Write the package first. Titles and a thumbnail idea before the script let the hook match the promise.
- Assign up to three titles for YouTube's Test and Compare.
- Keep 2 to 6 words on a thumbnail, and do not repeat the title.
- Leave the bottom right corner of a thumbnail clear: the video length covers it.
- Always write the 7 day guess. The review is only useful if you guessed first.
- Kits over 2 GB need Chrome or Edge. On Safari and Firefox, pick the final video file again for each kit.
Common problems
"Write a working title." The New video box needs a title. "The writing model is busy. Nothing was charged. Try again in a minute." Wait a minute and press Generate again. "AI writing is switched off right now." Try again later. Everything else in the tool still works. "The script came back empty. Nothing was saved." Nothing was charged. Press Generate again. "Write a script first." Sending to a storyboard needs a script. Write one on Idea and script. "Only the current script version can be edited. Restore this one first." Open Versions and press Restore on the version you want. "Every Must have has to pass before you mark it as published." Open Ready to publish and press Fix on each Must have. "Paste the full link, starting with https://" The published link needs the whole address. "That file is over 25 MB." Compress the picture or use Link from computer. "Too many requests. Wait a minute and try again." Slow down for a minute. "The Idea bank is full. Start videos from some ideas first." Press Start video on some ideas to clear room.
