Turn a photo and a script into a talking presenter video, in Hindi, Hinglish or English.
This page shows you how to make a talking video from one photo and a script. You pick the face, the voice and the language, and the presenter speaks your words.
What it does
Avatar makes a short video of a presenter looking at the camera and speaking your script. The face is your own photo, or a face you saved in My Models. The voice comes from the voice list, and the lips follow the words.
You can also write a scene, such as where the person is or what they do. The video is as long as the speech, so the price follows the length of your words.
Every video carries a visible label that says it was made with AI. It cannot be switched off.
When to use it
- You want a spokesperson video for a shop, a course or a page, without filming.
- You have one photo and a script, and you want it done in a few minutes.
- You want the same video in Hindi, Hinglish or English.
If you want one person to keep the same face, voice and looks across many videos, use AI Influencer. For a whole story with many shots, use Storyboard.
Step by step
- Open Avatar. You see the form with Presenter at the top.
- Under Presenter, pick a face. Press a face from your saved ones, or press Upload to pick a photo of one person facing the camera.
- Under Voice, pick a voice and a Language.
- Type or paste what the presenter says in the script box.
- If you want the person in a place or doing something, write it under Scene and action.
- Pick a shape, then a quality.
- Check the seconds and the number on Make video, then press it.
You see "Started. We will show it here when it is ready." The video shows under Your videos, first as Rendering, then as Ready. You can leave the page while it works.
When it is Ready, play it, press Download, or send it on.
Every option explained
The form, from top to bottom.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Image and Video | Image is switched off. "AI Avatar makes videos only." Video is on |
| Presenter | The face. Use your own face, or one you have permission to use. Public figures are blocked |
| Saved faces | A button for each face ready in My Models. Press one to pick it |
| Upload | Opens the picture browser, where you pick a photo from your Library or add one. Use a clear photo of one person facing the camera |
| My Models | Opens your saved faces, to add or manage them |
| Your consent for this photo | Shows after you pick an uploaded photo. It has four tick boxes: this is my own face, I am 18 or over, I understand how my face will be used, I know I can withdraw this at any time |
| Voice | The voice that speaks the script. Pick one from the list |
| Language | हिंदी (Hindi), Hinglish or English |
| AI label on by default | A reminder that the label is always on |
| Script box | What the presenter says. Up to 2,000 characters. The price follows the spoken length |
| Scene and action | What the person does, where they are, and the camera. Up to 600 characters |
| Shape | Square 1:1 first, or Reels and Shorts 9:16 or YouTube 16:9 |
| Seconds | The length of the speech, worked out from your words, for example "12 s" |
| Quality | Standard, HD or Studio. Each shows a price a second |
| Make video | Starts the video. The button shows its cost |
Scene and action
Words for a place (such as street, market, beach, office or kitchen) make the tool paint a first picture of the person in that place. Words for movement (such as walking, dancing or turning) make the person move while they talk. Both are added to the cost, which updates before you press Make video.
If your script reads like an action, for example "walking on the street and saying", the tool moves that part into Scene and action and keeps the words you want spoken.
Under Your videos
Each video shows its title, its state, its length and quality, then the video. Under a finished video:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Download | Saves the video |
| Edit in Kriti Cut | Opens it in Kriti Cut to edit |
| Send to Content Calendar | Opens it in Content Calendar |
The video plays with Made with AI over it.
Who can use it
Free plan: not included. Pro plan: included.
An uploaded photo needs you to be 18 or over. The age question is asked once, in Chat and Direction Mode.
What it costs
A talking video is charged by the second of speech, from 27 credits a second. A scene with body movement uses the moving talker, from 54 credits a second. A scene in a place also makes a first picture, charged as one picture.
The button shows the exact cost before you press it, and the video keeps that price. Every video is final once it is made. If a video does not finish, the state says "Did not work, credits returned" and your credits come back.
Tips
- Use a clear photo of one person facing the camera, with the whole face in the light.
- Write the script as words to speak. Put the place and the action under Scene and action.
- Write a few sentences. A longer script costs more, and the button shows how much before you press it.
- Speak as yourself. A presenter cannot play a doctor, lawyer or finance expert, and famous people cannot be used.
- Use your own face, or a face you have permission to use.
- Change the script a little and watch the seconds and the cost update. Fix the words before you press Make video.
Common problems
"Pick a face from My Models or your own photo." Pick a saved face, or press Upload and pick a photo.
"We could not find a clear face in this picture. Pick a photo of one person facing the camera." Use a sharper photo with one face looking at the camera.
"This model is not ready to use yet." The saved face is still being set up. Pick another or wait.
"A presenter cannot speak as a doctor, lawyer or finance expert. Speak as yourself." Change the title or the script so the presenter speaks as themselves.
"Famous people and politicians cannot be used." Remove the name from the script or the title.
"The script reads like an action. Put it in Scene and action, and write the words to speak in the script." Move the action to Scene and action, and keep only the spoken words in the script box.
"The script can have up to" 2,000 characters. Cut the script until it fits.
"Pick a voice from the list." Open Voice and pick one.
"The voice could not be made just now. Your draft is saved; try again in a minute." Wait a minute and press Make video again.
"You need" some credits for this and have fewer. The message shows both numbers. Add credits, then press Make video again.
"Please answer the age question first." Open Chat or Direction Mode once. They ask for your month and year of birth. Then come back.
"This is for people aged 18 and over." A photo you upload can only be used by an account of an adult.
"This is already working. Please wait for it to finish." The video is still being made. Wait for it to be Ready.
