UGC

Make real looking creator style ads with your product, as a picture or a short video, from one product photo.

This page shows you how to make a creator style ad for your product: a phone style picture, or a short video of a person showing and talking about it. You add the product photo, pick who shows it and how it looks, and press Generate.

What it does

UGC makes the kind of content a real customer or creator would post: a mirror selfie in a bedroom, a kitchen counter talk, an unboxing, a hands only demo. Your product is kept the same, including the printed label. The person is a Kritiverse creator (fictional), one of your own models, or a person you describe.

One Generate makes one take. You get more only if you pick 2 or 3 in How many. Nothing is drawn on top of the result: no caption, no price tag, no button text. You get a clean picture or video to post yourself.

When to use it

  • You want a product ad that looks like a real person made it on a phone.
  • You want the same product shown in many settings: bathroom, kitchen, desk, street.
  • You want a short talking video in Hinglish, Hindi, English or another Indian language.

For plain product pictures with no person, use Product Shoot. For five checked shots with listing copy, use Catalogue. For a face you keep and use again and again, use AI Influencer.

Step by step

  1. Open UGC from the menu.
  2. Press Direction, or an empty upload box. Direction slides up with the Product, Model and UGC look cards at its top. Open the Product card and add the front photo of your product. Pick one from your products, or upload a photo. A clear photo with the label facing you works best.
  3. Wait a moment while the page reads the photo. If it asks "Add the product name, then Generate.", open Product details, type the name and press Done.
  4. Open the Model card to pick who shows the product. Leave it on Auto and the page picks a creator that fits your product.
  5. Open the UGC look card to pick a look, such as a bathroom or a kitchen. Or leave it on the template look.
  6. In the box, say what the person is doing, for example "holding the serum near her face in the bathroom mirror". You can leave it empty.
  7. Choose the Shape. Check the number by How many, then press Generate.

The picture lands in your creations on the same page and in your Library.

Make a video

  1. Press Video at the top of the panel.
  2. Pick the Clip length: 5, 8, 10 or 15 seconds.
  3. Open Edit in Direction. Under Words pick AI writes or My exact words, and pick a voice.
  4. Press Generate.

A video is made in steps: first a picture, then the voice, then the clip, which the voice drives so the mouth follows the words, then finishing. The tile says "Making the video: keyframe", then the next step. When it is ready it says "Video ready, see it next to this still".

The three cards in Direction

CardWhat it does
ModelPick a person: a Kritiverse creator (fictional), a model from Assets (your own models), or Auto. Shows "AI pick" while on Auto. Some templates have no person ("Set by the template") or show hands only
ProductOpens Assets to pick the product, up to 4 pictures. Shows "Add your product" until you pick, then the product name and "Locked" or "Confirm the lock card"
UGC lookOpens Direction on the looks. Shows "Template look" until you pick one

Below the cards you see a line for the current direction: category and template, Image or "Clip 8 s", the action, the voice, the safety rule for your product type, and how many checks need a look. The steps line tells you what to do next, for example "1 Confirm the product lock".

Three buttons sit beside it: Product details, Model details and Edit in Direction.

Upload slots

SlotWhat goes in
ProductThe front photo is required. You can add up to 4 pictures of the product. Extra ones are added next to the first, never swapped in
ModelThe person, up to 4 pictures
ReferenceA post you like, up to 3. Only its framing and light are used. Faces, logos and text in it are ignored

Some templates add slots of their own, such as Room photo, Screen recording, Your real photos, Your real footage, My pet photo and Real document. They show only when the template needs them.

If you replace the product photo with a different product, the page starts fresh for it: "New product: the prompt and picks made for the old one were cleared". Undo is there for a few seconds.

Product details

  • Analyse my photos reads the label and fills the lock card. It runs through "Checking photo quality", "Reading the label", "Guessing the category" and "Filling the lock card".
  • Paste a product page link from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra or Nykaa and press Import.
  • The Product lock card holds Product name, Brand, Category, Size and pack, Front label, exact, Size in hand, Pack type, Shape and material, Colours and What to show. A field the page could not read says "Not read yet". Fill it or leave it.
  • Facts, price, trust lines and claims opens facts, MRP (₹), Selling price (₹), Offer text, Back label (optional), trust lines and Claim with proof. Only write what is true.
  • Confirm the lock card saves it. Every field goes word for word into the prompt.

Toolbar

ControlWhat it does
Shape1:1 square first, or 9:16 for Reels and Shorts, or 4:5 for the Instagram feed
How manyImage only. 1, 2 or 3 takes. It starts on 1 each time you open the page. Each take is its own job
Clip lengthVideo only. 5, 8, 10 or 15 seconds, one take per Generate

AI PolishWrites a better description from your photos and words
QualityImage only. Auto, Quick, Standard, Refined, Ultra
GenerateStarts the job. The credits show by the pickers, not on the button

Leave Quality on Auto. Quick works from text only, so it cannot keep your product, and it is greyed out for a locked product: "Quick cannot keep a locked product or person".

The Direction window

At the top are Smart, a search icon that opens the search box, a <> icon that shows How it reads, an eye icon for the live preview, and Last time. Magic sits at the bottom beside Reset. Magic reads your photo and words and picks the template, creator and some groups. Last time brings back your last direction.

SectionWhat it holds
Product category21 categories, from Skincare to Auto accessories and Something else. The page picks one for your product and says so
TemplateLayouts for the category, and 8 universal formats. Each says why it works. Some templates are image only or video only
WordsAI writes, My exact words or No words. Hook type and a hook line of up to 10 words, inside 3 seconds
UGC look16 looks, for example Bathroom Honest, Kitchen Didi, Label Flip Truth, Doorstep Unboxing, Hands Only Demo and Morning Routine
EssentialsAction, Room, Phone look, Light, Realism, Energy and delivery
More optionsGrip, Camera hold, Outfit, Clutter, Framing, Gaze, Expression, Skin and makeup, Movement, Ambient sound, Music, Marketplace rules, then Reference look, Avoid, Variants and Safe mode

Reference and any other upload follow Template. Every group starts on Auto, and which groups show depends on the template. Safe mode is set by your product category. You can add stricter rules, never remove it. Tap the eye icon to see the checks and the prompt. At the bottom: Reset, Magic, Cancel and Apply direction.

In video, the Words section also has Dialogue and voice: Creator's voice, Upload my audio (MP3, WAV or M4A, up to 30 seconds), Record now or No voice. Choose the Voice language: Hinglish, Hindi, Indian English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi or Odia. The script has a word limit for each length: 12 words for 5 seconds, 20 for 8, 25 for 10 and 35 for 15. Write it for me writes a first line.

What it costs

A picture is charged by the quality you pick. The table shows the qualities. The number beside How many is the cost of what you have set.

QualityGood forCost
QuickQuick drafts from text10 credits
StandardYour product, face or cast, kept the same25 credits
RefinedText, posters and complex scenes25 credits
UltraThe sharpest detail, for hero shots and start frames90 credits

A video is charged per take, by its length. The cost shows by the length picker before you press Generate.

Every finished result is final and paid. A finished video is yours as it is: it is not made again on its own and carries no warning. If you want another take, press One more take, which uses credits. If a job fails and nothing is made, your credits come back: "Did not work, credits returned", or for a video "The video could not be made. Your credits are back." When you ask for 2 or 3 takes and some are made, you see how many were made.

Tips

  • Add the back label as a second picture of the product when its words matter. The first picture stays the main one.
  • Pick a Kritiverse creator that suits the product. Those marked "Fits this product" are listed first.
  • Keep your words short and say the action: holding, applying, opening.
  • Use a Reference post for the framing and light you want.
  • Leave How many on 1 while you try looks. Raise it when you like the direction.
  • Say only what is true about the product. The checks flag claims that need proof.
  • Videos take longer than pictures. You can leave the page and come back.

Common problems

"Add the product front photo first." Add a clear front photo in the Product card. "Add the product name, then Generate." Open Product details, type the name and press Done. "This product card was made for another photo. Read the new photo, then Generate." Press Read the new photo in the message. "Fix the checks in Direction first." Open Direction, look at Checks, and fix the lines that say to fix. "Add your audio file, or switch the voice to Creator's voice." You chose your own audio but did not add one. "AI creators cannot claim long-term use or results. Use first-impression or demo words." Change your words to what a first look would say. "Pick a Kritiverse creator, or tick a whole model in My Models." Choose from the creators, or a full model from Assets. "Paste a product page link first." Paste an https link, then press Import. "Two takes is the most here. Make a full UGC ad builds the rest." Use Make a full UGC ad for more. "Generate first, then use Make a full UGC ad on the result." Make a result, then press the button on it. "Add your product photo first: the sample product cannot go to UGC Ads." Use your own product photo. "Taking a short break, your credits are safe." Wait a few minutes and try again.
