Kriti Cloud

Storage limits

See what counts towards your storage, what happens when it is full, and how to free space.

This page shows what uses your storage, how to check it, and how to free space when it runs low.

What it does

Every file you keep in Kritiverse counts towards one storage limit. This includes what you generate, what you upload, and what sits in Recently deleted. Kriti Cloud and the Storage tab in your account show the same numbers.

Thumbnails and preview images that Kritiverse makes for speed do not count.

When to use it

  • You see a warning that your storage is almost full.
  • An upload or a save was refused.
  • You want to know which tool uses the most space.

Step by step

Check your storage

  1. Open Kriti Cloud. Look at the Storage box on the left.
  2. Read the line under the bar. It looks like 1.2 GB of 2 GB used. The bar fills as you use space.
  3. Press What is using space to see a list. It shows each kind of file and its size, largest first.

You can also open My account, then the Storage tab. It shows the same list with a coloured bar.

Free up space

  1. Open My account, then the Storage tab.
  2. Find a section such as Images or Videos. Press Clean up on it.
  3. Read how many files and how much space it will move. Press and hold to confirm.
  4. The files move to Recently deleted. You can restore them for a number of days. After that, they are removed for good and the space comes back.

Clean up keeps anything that something live still uses, and anything you placed in My Drive. The result tells you how many were kept.

You can also delete files one by one in Kriti Cloud or the Library. Space only comes back when the file leaves Recently deleted.

The kinds in the list

Images, Videos, Audio, Sheets, Models, Products, Uploads, Direction Mode, Property photos, Documents and Recently deleted. A file is counted once, in the first kind that fits it. Sizes update every few minutes.

The limit depends on your plan. Limits can change, so check the pricing page for current plans.

What it costs

Storage does not use credits. The plan sets the space.

Tips

  • When storage is full, nothing is deleted or hidden. You can still open, download, move and delete your files.
  • Generating still works at 100%. Every result is kept, even past the limit, because you paid for it. Only new uploads and saves to Kriti Cloud stop.
  • Files in Recently deleted still use space. Delete them for good from Recently deleted in the Library when you are sure.
  • An upload that is still running holds its space. Two uploads cannot both take the last free space.
  • Large videos are the fastest way to fill a drive. Check Videos in the list first.

Common problems

"Your storage is full." Delete or clean up some files, or upgrade. Your files are safe, and anything you generate is still kept.

"This file is too large." The file is over the limit for its kind. Compress it, or choose a smaller file.

"This picture is too large. The limit is 8000 px a side." Resize the picture and upload it again.

"Too many uploads at once. Please wait a moment." You started many uploads at once. Wait a little, then try again.

"That did not work. Please try again." Press the action again. If it keeps failing, write to support.
