Troubleshooting

The result does not match

Fix a picture or video that does not look right: sharpen your words, add references, change one thing and pick a quality.

AI results vary, and the first try is not always right. This page shows how to steer the next one. Know one rule first: a result that was made is final and charged, so fix your request before you press the button again.

What is charged, and what is not

  • A result that was made is final and charged, even if you do not like it. The Terms and the Refund policy say this too.
  • Regenerate runs the same job again with everything the same, and it is charged like the first. The charge shows next to the button.
  • A job that fails, times out, returns nothing or is blocked by the content rules gives the credits back on its own. See A job seems stuck.
  • If you think credits were taken for a job that delivered nothing, write to us. See Getting help.

Fix it step by step

  1. Open the result by pressing it. Look at what is wrong: the face, a detail, the colour, the shape, a word on a pack.
  2. Write down what you want in plain words. Say who, where, what they do, the light and the camera. Hindi, Hinglish or English is fine.
  3. For one small change, use Direct this scene. Type the change, such as "make it warmer", and press Send. It makes a new version and keeps the old one. Your versions are listed under Versions.
  4. For a bigger change, press Reuse settings. It loads the same setup. Change the words or an option, check the number on Generate, then press it.
  5. If the picture is soft or the details are wrong, raise the Quality. Compare the levels in the table below.
  6. If a person or a product looks different from yours, add a picture of the real one in the Person or Product slot, or use a result as a Reference. Then generate again.

Ways to improve the words

  • AI Polish reads your words and images and writes a better prompt. Undo brings your words back.
  • Styles sets a look, such as Cinematic.
  • Direction adds camera and light choices. Without it, your words go to the model as you wrote them.
  • Name one thing at a time. A short clear prompt with one subject works better than a long list.
  • For a video, name one simple move, such as "slow camera push in".

Tips

  • Change one thing at a time, so you learn what made the difference.
  • Add real photos of your product or person. Use a real person's photo only with their permission.
  • Check the cost on the button before you press it. Several tries add up.
  • Start a video from a picture you like. Open the image and press Make a video.
  • Results show a Made with AI label. Nothing is drawn on the picture itself.

Common problems

"Write an idea, add an image or pick what you are making." The box is empty. Type your idea first.

"This goes against our content rules." It was not made and no credits were used. Change your words.

The upload slots are greyed out. Quick works from text only. Pick another Quality.

The picture has wrong details. Add clearer detail, or use Direct this scene for one small change.

"That change could not start. Check the message on the page." Read the message above the panel, then try the change again.

Words or a logo on the picture are wrong. Write the exact words in your prompt. Pick a higher Quality such as the one listed for text, posters and complex scenes.

Hands or faces look off. Make the next try more specific, add a clear Person photo, or change one thing with Direct this scene.

The video moves the wrong way. Name one simple move, such as "slow camera push in", and check that the model suits your clip.
