Create an account

This page gets you signed up and onto your Kritiverse home page. Signing up and logging in use the same screen, so these steps also work when you come back later.

Sign up

1. Open the Kritiverse website and press Start free.
2. On the Welcome screen, stay on the Phone tab, check the country code and type your mobile number.
3. Press Send OTP.
4. Type the 6 digit code and press Verify.

The code comes on WhatsApp first. If it does not arrive, the screen offers other ways, such as Send SMS instead and Call me with the code.

You can also sign up without a phone:

• Email tab: type your email, press Get code, then enter the code and press Verify.
• Continue with Google: pick your Google account.

By continuing you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to the Terms and the Privacy notice. Never share your code with anyone. Kritiverse never calls or messages you to ask for it.

The first run screens

A new account sees two short steps.

1. About you: type your Full name. If Email shows, it is optional. Press Continue.
2. Tell us a little: choose What do you do? and pick up to three answers for What will you make first? Then press Open the Studio, or press Skip for now.

You now land on your home page. Your answers help choose the templates you see there.

Get your free credits

Free welcome credits are given once for each person, and a verified mobile number is needed. If you signed up with Google or email, add your number:

1. Press your name at the bottom of the menu to open My account.
2. Open Login and security.
3. In the Mobile number row, press Add and verify the code.

Log in with a password

Press Other options on the Welcome screen. Type your Email, phone or username and your Password, then press Log in. Use Forgot password? if you need a new one. The Create account tab there signs you up with an email and a password.

Common problems

The code did not arrive. Wait for the timer to end, then use the resend options on the screen. Check the country code. For an email code, check your spam folder.

Google login does not work. It does not work inside some in-app browsers. Use your mobile number, or press Open in Chrome or Copy link and open the page in your browser.

The screen says the number or email belongs to another account. Press Switch to that account, or choose Merge accounts with support.

"Text codes are busy right now. Enter your email and we will send you a code." Press the Email tab and use your email instead.

"This device, email or number has already had the free trial, so this account starts without trial credits." Your account is kept, only the free credits are not given. You can upgrade to Pro, or write to us from the contact page if this is a mistake.

The screen asks "Is this your account?" This number was used before. Press Yes, this is my account if it is yours, or No, start fresh.
