Post Writer
Write captions, titles, tags, hashtags and bios for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and X in your language.
This page shows you how to write the words for a post or a profile, for one network or several at once, and copy them out.
What it does
Post Writer writes the text around your content. Say what it is about, pick where it is going, and it writes the caption, hashtags, titles, description, tags, pinned comment or bio for that network, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Each part has its own Copy button and a character count against the network's limit.
There is no video or picture behind it. You describe the idea in your own words.
When to use it
- You have a product, an offer or a video and need the caption and hashtags quickly.
- You want one idea written for several networks in one go.
- You need a profile bio for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn or X.
- You want YouTube titles, a description and tags for a video you already made.
If you are planning a whole video from idea to publish, use Content Calendar. It writes SEO for each video inside the plan.
Step by step
- Open Post Writer. Pick a network at the top: Social Post, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn or X.
- Pick what to write. With Social Post, tick the networks under Write for. With one network, pick under What to write: for example Post or Bio.
- Describe it under What is it about?. Use your own words: the product, the video or the offer. For a bio, say who you are and who you help. A short line such as "Bisleri water bottle, summer splash" is written as a post that sells that product, with a call to action. To get a how-to or tips post instead, say so, for example "5 tips for summer skin".
- Pick the Language: English, Hindi or Hinglish.
- Tick Use my Brand Kit voice if you want it to sound like your Brand Kit.
- Check the cost shown beside the button, then press Write.
- Each result shows as a card. Press Copy on one part, or Copy all for the whole card.
Every option explained
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Social Post | One idea written for every network you tick. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X are ticked at the start, and YouTube can be added |
| Post gives a caption, hashtags and a pinned comment. Bio gives a profile bio up to 150 characters | |
| YouTube | Video gives titles, a description, tags, hashtags and a pinned comment. Shorts writes the same for a Short. Bio writes the channel description, up to 1,000 characters |
| Post gives a caption, hashtags and a pinned comment. Bio is a page bio up to 101 characters | |
| Post gives a caption and hashtags. Bio is the About text, up to 2,600 characters | |
| X | Post gives a caption within the limit, and hashtags. Bio is up to 160 characters |
| What is it about? | Your brief, up to 2,000 characters. Add a few words at least |
| Language | English, Hindi or Hinglish. It starts on your site language |
| Use my Brand Kit voice | Writes in the voice saved in your Brand Kit |
| Write | Writes the text. The cost shows beside it |
In a result card, Titles, Description, Tags, Hashtags, Pinned comment, Caption and Bio each have a Copy button. A line such as "Shortened to fit this network's limit." tells you the text was cut to fit.
Your brief is kept as a draft on this device and your account until a write finishes. A finished write is saved, and you can open it again at its own address under /app/post-writer/w/.
If you reach the tool from Kriti Caption with Write the post, your spoken words arrive as the brief.
Who can use it
Free plan: included. Pro plan: included.
What it costs
Each network or profile you write costs 2 credits. Writing a Social Post for four networks costs four times that. The cost beside Write updates as you tick networks. Nothing is charged if a write fails. You can make up to 100 writes a day.
If the writer is busy, nothing is charged. If some of a Social Post write fail, you pay only for the ones that were written.
Tips
- Give specifics: the product name, the price, the city, the festival. The writer cannot guess them.
- Pick the output language separately from the language you type the brief in.
- Check the character counts on a caption or a bio before you paste it. The text is cut to fit when it runs over.
- With Social Post, untick the networks you do not need. You pay for each one.
- A bio is short. Say who you are and who you help, not your whole story.
Common problems
"Add a few words about it first." The brief is too short. Say a little more about the product, video or offer. "Pick at least one network." Tick a network under Write for. "Pick a network and what to write." Choose a network, then Post, Video, Shorts or Bio. "Writing is not available right now. Nothing was charged, please try again." Wait a minute and press Write again. "That did not work. Please try again." Press Write again. Your text is still in the box. "Too many tries. Wait a minute and try again." You pressed Write many times in a short while. Wait a minute. "This page was open too long. Reload it and try again." Reload the page. Your brief is kept as a draft. "The others could not be written and cost nothing." Part of a Social Post was written and paid for. Try the missing networks again.
