Group Photo
Put 2 to 5 people in one picture, from your own photos, AI Influencers, models and cartoon characters.
This page shows you how to make a couple, family or friends photo with 2 to 5 people.
What it does
Group Photo puts several people in one picture. It draws the scene first, then fixes each face from that person's own pictures, so nobody ends up with a blended face.
You get one final picture in your Library.
When to use it
- A couple photo with your partner in a place you have not been to yet.
- A family portrait when someone lives far away.
- A wedding or Diwali picture for your page, with your AI Influencers.
- A fun drawn picture of your family with a cartoon character.
Step by step
- In the menu, open Group Photo.
- Press Add a person. Press Upload to open Assets and pick a photo or bring in a new one, or pick an AI Influencer, a model from My Models, or a cartoon character. Add 2 to 5 people.
- Use the arrows to set who stands where. Left to right on the page is left to right in the picture.
- For each person, pick a Pose and type their Clothes if you want something exact.
- Pick a Scene, or describe your own.
- Pick a Style and a Shape.
- Tick the box to confirm you have permission from everyone in the photo.
- Check the number on the button and press it.
You can leave the page while the photo is made. It lands in your Library.
Every option explained
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name | The name used for this person. For an upload, type a first name so the person is easy to tell apart |
| Pose | Standing, Big smile, Arms folded, Hand on shoulder, Sitting in front or Waving |
| Clothes | What this person wears. Leave it empty and the scene decides |
| Scene | Wedding, Diwali, Beach, Studio, Family portrait or Friends |
| Or describe your own | Your own place. Used with a picked scene, or on its own |
| Style | Real photo, 3D cartoon, 2D cartoon or Storybook |
| Shape | 1:1 first, or 4:5, 3:2, 16:9 or 9:16 |
With a cartoon character in the group, the whole picture is drawn in one style, so real people and cartoons match.
The new box
The new Group Photo reaches some accounts first. If your page shows the boxes Person 1 to Person 5, this is how it works.
- Press Person 1. Assets opens. Pick a photo, one of your models or an AI Influencer, or upload a new picture. On the Models tab you can tick several models at once: they fill Person 1, Person 2, Person 3 and on, in the order you ticked them, each with its own photos. A box that already holds someone is skipped. Tick one model and only the box you pressed changes.
- Do the same for Person 2. These two are needed. Person 3, Person 4 and Person 5 are for when you want more people.
- Type the scene in the box, or press Templates. Direction opens on the list.
- Choose Trending, or a category: Couple, Family, Friends, School, Party, Holy places, Wedding Indian, Wedding Western, Travel, Games, Festivals or Team and office. Each one has ten templates.
- Press Generate. The first time, a line above the box asks if you have permission from everyone in the photo. Press I confirm.
Your picture lands in the feed above the box, and in your Library. The boxes stand left to right, in the order you see them.
A template works the way a Style does. It steers the place, the mood and the light. It does not copy a picture, so your result will differ from the sample. Styles sits under the templates, with every Style from Image. Picking a Style replaces a template.
There is no quality or how many button here: Group Photo makes one picture, at its best quality, and fixes each face after that. Say how people stand and what they wear in your words.
Who can use it
Free plan: included. Pro plan: included.
What it costs
A picture costs 90 credits for the scene, plus 30 credits for each person in a real photo. A cartoon style costs the scene only.
The button shows the exact cost before you press it. If the picture does not finish, your credits come back.
Tips
- Use clear photos with one face, looking toward the camera, in good light.
- Fewer people look better. Two or three people give the truest faces.
- Keep the scene simple: a place and a time of day is enough.
- Use the name field, so each person is easy to tell apart.
Rules
- You must have permission from everyone in the photo. The tool records that you confirmed it.
- Famous people and politicians cannot be used.
- Intimate photos of real people are not allowed.
Common problems
"Tick the box to confirm you have everyone's permission." The button stays off until the box is ticked.
"Famous people cannot be used here." A name in your words, or a face in an upload, was read as a famous person. Pick someone else.
"Intimate photos of real people are not allowed." Your words asked for something intimate. Change them and try again.
"This photo did not finish." Your credits came back. Press the button again.
"This template is for 2 people." Couple templates are made for two. Change the people or pick another template.
